Tools To Use to Schedule Your Social Media Posts

We’ve all heard the saying – CONSISTENCY IS KEY – right?

When it comes to posting on social media, it’s true.

Whether you’re posting once a week, once per day, or somewhere in between, posting on your socials consistently means your audience:

  • Have a better chance of seeing your posts
  • Can tell that you’re still ‘around’
  • Will get to know you

Despite being a generally organized person, I found that planning my social media content is quite a challenge.
Here are some great all-in-one scheduling and reporting platforms out there, free or very cost-effective.

Totally free and is integrated with your accounts already. You can schedule Facebook and Instagram on Creator Studio. Is it clunky? Yes. Is it easy to use? Eh, you get used to it. But hey, at least it’s free lol.

I love Later and all the analytics you can get for Instagram specifically. You can schedule Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc. on Later but you can’t get Facebook analytics, FYI. But it’s extremely easy to use, very visual, and the reports are very client-friendly.

It is extremely cost-effective for how all-in-one it is. If Sprout Social is too costly for you but you want a platform that goes in-depth like Sprout, then Fanbooster is what you need. You pay per account (just like Sprout) but you get a good bang for your buck.

These platforms allow you to schedule posts for specific days and times AND preview what your feed will look like. They generally will show you the best time to post everyday and assist you with relevant and effective hashtags to use as well.

Most of them offer a free account for businesses with just one brand to manage online (not multiple Facebook and Instagram pages) or they offer a free trial to test things out. Instead of stressing every day, or every other day about what to post, these platforms are great for blocking out a few hours when you are feeling creative and busting out all your posts for the next week, two weeks, or month!

Oh and they also provide you with awesome in-depth analytic and performance reports.

Don’t worry if you haven’t found a way that works for you yet, each person works in different ways!
Do you use a post scheduler or planner? If so, which one?
